Many 3rd party warehouse feel it is ok to let trucks sit there while they get around to the truck. We believe in running on a schedule, as time is money for all of us. If you can’t make the appointment, please call and reschedule. No-shows waste everyone’s time- let’s get all we can out of the hours of our days!
Receiving and Shipping:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
LTL Receiving (3 or less pallets):
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Receiving & Shipping work in a strictly 24 hours in advance, with an appointment!
There are no exceptions! This allows us to provide a superb service to our customers and keep our unloading appointments. .
Arriving late for an appointment:
We strongly suggest that you arrive early for your appointment. If you are early, we will make every effort to get you in ASAP. We allow 10 min after appointment , after this 10’ will move to the next truck, the late truck will be move to the next available hour. This may be the next day.
Carriers that arrive with no appointment:
Receiving will depend on availability. A fee for non appointment will apply in all cases.
Arriving after hours:
A late fee will apply to trucks that arrive after 1300. At 1300, our dock shifts to shipping and shipping prep. If we receive after this time we incur overtime hours.
Opening of the warehouse for emergency purposes:
This is an available option! A minimum fee of $100.00 plus overtime rate $50 per man hour after warehouse hours will apply.
Shipping orders are submitted 24 hours in advance. Same day shipping orders will be subject to a fee of $30.00 per order.
